Whats the easiest (probably fewest cuts) way to cut an omelette into 7ths?

Heptagon

Such a weirdo configuration, its annoyingly resistant to me trying to integrate it

Edit - heres how it came out:

Not bad but still annoyingly uneven

Wheres a damn "kitchen" protractor when you need it?!

Does it have to be wedge shaped? Why not cut straight across in strips? Or something like this

I'm sure there's a mathematical way to figure it out.

I want it to be roughly perfectly even slices or 7ths

Do they have to look the same though? Because you can (mathematically) find a way to get the exact even area of 7 pieces, they might just have different shapes.

Or maybe you can cut into 14ths (an even number) and give everyone 2 pieces.

Get a circular cookie cutter about ⅐ the area of your circle, cut into 7 circles. Give the waste scraps to a dog or whoever did the cooking.

It seemed like you wanted something a little unusual and chef-ish, if you want to go absolutely nuts you can cook more than one, and serve them stacked with tasty layers in-between, maybe grate a little parm on top, or go hollandaise for a brunchy one

Cut a Y shape, estimating the 1/7 as best you can, then cut the wider two parts each into equal 3rds. Even if you were off with the first slice, the hungriest or fullest person can have that one and it will still look symmetrical.
