Thoughts? spoilerPersonally, I dig the Elegant Too remix more than I thought; TMBW Discord folk are split, but I think it’s a bit more unique sounding in TMBG discography than regular, which could be another Join Us song, which is great and all, but the remix just gives subtly different vibes that I enjoy. “Peggy Guggenheim” is peak, giving late 90s/early 2000s TMBG instrumental vibes a la “Drinkin’”. Overall, this EP gives me high hopes for A24 this spring. P.S. I’m posting this from this rarely-used alt, as my usual instance is currently under maintenance and upgrading their server. |
