I remember when I was a kid going to the doctor fairly regularly, now I can't afford to and finding a general practicioner doctor who takes my insurance is a hunt for a unicorn.

I don't know why so many people recoil when I say our country is in collapse, there is no other word for it.

As long as no one is expecting it to be Medicare Advantage for all. Which is the privatized variant of Medicare that just over the past few years broke 50% enrollment of retirees. It’s so bad that entire hospital networks are dropping it. John Oliver has a good segmentdescribing its difference and its intentional confusion with original Medicare.
