I've been working on
DecisionFormer
, an open-source project that lets you convert regular LLMs into decision models that predict choices directly instead of generating text.
Thought it might be useful for people experimenting with decision models, model evaluation, or alternative approaches to inference.
Would be interested to hear what people think or what improvements would make it more useful!
