It came up on shuffle, so I was reminded of the odd phenomenon of Harvey Danger, whose breakout one-hit-wonderful single Flagpole Sitta is ... arguably the worst song of their careers. youtube.com/watch?v=n_vdCOqlaACarlotta Valdez is among my favorites, but my all time favorite is still The Show Must Not Go On, here: youtube.com/watch?v=BXGm9_JJBEY and available to download here:harveydanger.com/downloads/My friends, a question: For what other bands has their big hit been among their weakest tunes?

(I mean: those lyrics - "So much that we so grandly call love is simply in our heads / How many doors slammed closed / And stepped-on toes / And songs composed / And poems and prose / About things we've heard in words nobody said...")

@mhoye this is amazing! I have all 3 albums and can sing along to every song. Long long ago, I saw them live and mobbed the stage to get a signed setlist. (alas, lost many moves ago) I can't believe there was MORE MUSIC and I didn't know.
