It takes a fuck load of fruit to get to the max amount of recommended daily fiber. I tried fruit for years and eventually realized it's a.. Fruitless effort. 🫣

I've opted for a clear liquid fiber because the metamucil gummies started ruining my teeth and the metamucil liquid has the grits and every flavor of it makes me gag.

I wish my insurance would cover something more like HyFiber. I like the HyFiber stuff more than the Metamucil stuff. I don't care that it's a solution and not a natural occurring fiber, it helps me shit!!!
