Sir Patrick Stewart has passed away :(

This year can get in the fucking bin

RIP

This one really bummed me out.

Ouch

Same.

Mr. Spock: A Vulcan would face such a loss without tears.

Young Spock: How?

Mr. Spock: By understanding every life comes to an end when time demands it. Loss of life is to be mourned, but only if the life was wasted.

--Star Trek: TAS, Yesteryear

damn :(

Thanks. That's very nice.

He's seen everything. RIP

He was very cool. RIP

I didn't know he was 86, it's less surprising in that context. Still a bummer, a legend is gone.

RIP, one of the greats for sure.

RIP in Peace my man.

Oh shit.

This Magic set is gonna blow up!

There are signed cards in the collector packs.

It will be because of his influence.

A great actor, and a decent human. Rest peacefully Captain. You've earned it.

The Royal Shakespeare Company describes the actor as a "colossus"

Close, but he was actually Professor Xavier.

With Alzheimers and Lewy Body dementia, I am glad he can rest now.

What a terrible combination of diseases to suffer from simultaneously.

man. I really thought shatner would go before him and chekov.

His obit better goddamn start with stardate. I'm not even a trekie.

"You're not married, you live alone and you've never watched Star Trek?"
