Some rules we try to uphold:

Be civil. Bigotry is not welcome. This includes (but is not limited to): transphobia, queerphobia, racism, ageism and ableism. We do not promote hate.
Communities need to be Retro or Retro-adjacent.
Please don't upload pornographic content. (use an external image host for that)

After some arduous work from the developers and many other contributors, the newest version of lemmy has become available!

Many long-awaited features are now available - like blocking instances and exporting/importing an account.

You can head over to the original post to look at the long list of new features: https://mander.xyz/post/7346514

Thanks a lot to the developers for their hard work! If you would like to support Lemmy's development, please make sure to check out the developer's funding drive: https://join-lemmy.org/news/2023-10-31_-_Join-Lemmy_Redesign_and_Funding_Drive
