A federal appeals court put a temporary hold Thursday of California’s new law that would require ICE and other federal law enforcement officers to wear something on their uniforms that either identifies them by name or badge number. A lower court had put the law on hold until Thursday and the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals stepped in and extended that blockade indefinitely. The court also scheduled oral argument on the matter for March 3. |
