Basically past 4 weeks I've been slacking to the point I'd have to take 2 PTO to make up for it. Boss/company don't see this data (they pay me like it's 40 hours, no additional tracking), but it's something I like to look at. I used to be someone who always crunched overtime, but with my Leetcode streak hitting almost 60 days now it doesn't leave much energy left for the OG job (: Gonna get some sleep and grind out some hours tomorrow morning.
