Is moving suppressed trauma from one chakra region to another that is better able to process the trauma. The process inherently desuppresses the trauma. Uncover the traumatic emotional and memory material as you normally would, but also transplant it into a different part of the body. Uncover the trauma by doing the opposite maneuver that was done to suppress it (burying, amputating, twisting, folding, etc.). |
