Apologies for the lack of posts here as opposed to mine on our sister community !thrashmetal@lemmy.world, my tastes lately have been largely affected by post-metal, sludge, and various forms of death metal, leaving me little room to explore more of the vast heavy metal genre. Anyways here we have Sweden's experimental heavy metal group releasing their debut in 1994. Think of it like a mix of groovy heavy metal and alt rock, except it has a very unique guitar style. These guys are the ones that released that Freak of the Week music video, animated by former Disney employees, that kinda went viral some years ago. |
