Recently I've noticed alternative "healthy" cereal brands being on the rise. Gone are the days of having to choose between bland corn flakes and sugar-loaded hate crimes against the gut. Now you have cereals with high fiber, added protein, zero sugar, and... Let me be honest with you. If you can't eat real cereal, your bloodline is weak. Your generics are simply inferior. That is the truth. Food is food. Having a "balanced diet" is nothing more than giving your body enough of every nutrient it needs. It really is that fucking simple. You know what else? If you follow a strict diet, count every calorie, and monitor your intake of minerals vitamins and nutrients... you are a moron. Your body knows what it needs. And what it needs is real food. "But how do I know what my body needs?" you might ask, your inferior genetics perceptible through the tone of your voice alone. Simple. Your body will tell you. If you eat actual food, your body can distinguish what nutrients come from what food, and it manifests deficiencies through cravings. Like when you're craving meat or some specific food. That's your body yelling you what it needs. This simple, efficient system of what is basically your body giving you popup notifications has been hijacked by the modern food industry. The drug Ozempic curbs cravings, but why would you do that? Because you are craving the wrong things. You can get addicted to certain kinds of food. In fact people who make food make it specifically to be addictive. Ever had a McDonald's cheeseburger? It's literally just as addictive as crack. Especially if you're hungry and high. But that is besides the point. All the processed food you consume has been designed to keep you addicted to it, so you buy more. That's why all the really good tasting stuff is bad for you. Because in nature the concentrations of these chemicals are low, and when we detect these chemicals like sodium chloride, sucrose or MSG, our brains go crazy, because these tastes signal good food. Food like fruits (sweet), meat (umami), celery, beets, and spinach (salty). Yes, we do need these chemicals in our bodies, but they taste so good not because they are good for us in high concentration, but because things with a noticeable concentration (much lower than modern foods) of those chemicals are good for you. Does that make sense? Tell me what you think. |
