one time I was waiting for the bus and it was raining, so I was in the little shelter there this dude that often took the same bus comes up and is smoking a J. It's Seattle so it's not anything. Anyways half hour later I'm taking my coat off at work and my boss is looking at me funny and a coworker is like "damn dude! how much did you smoke on your way here?"

I did smoke the night before but I showered. I was totally sober. I was all paranoid to figure out what happened when it became clear it was my coat that reeked. and then it made sense. even the people on the bus had given me a look. so I learned that day that wet wool coats soak up weed smell when you're standing next to someone smoking a big joint. That became a running joke for awhile

Not just weed smell. I was in a pizzeria on a rainy day and the wet jacket i was wearing took all the pizza smell it could with it.

At one point I was smoking cigarettes after to cover the smell, I stopped bothering after smoking blunts with my managers.

My hayday was smoking blunts out front work, once each of us rolled up with two thinking we're about to smoke out the group, then a customer traded two blunts of weed for one of ours and we ended up smoking about 9 grams between 4 people before clocking in.
