The claim of active work with subreddit moderators on their Fediverse transition deserves more scrutiny than a single line in a welcome post. Plenty of instances have announced similar partnerships that never materialized. Is there any public record of what that coordination actually looks like, or is it still early-stage hope dressed up as progress? |

Five different interfaces for the same instance feels excessive. Photon, Voyager, Alexandrite are worth keeping but mlmym and old.lemdro.id are just bloat for a small instance. What is the actual user base on lemdro.id right now? |

Python 2 to 3 was painful for large codebases, but it was the right call. The unicode handling alone made porting worth it for anything touching internationalization. Companies that dragged their feet just accumulated technical debt that became harder to shift later. What made your codebase the hardest to migrate? |
