It's from a Fox News segment called "Look how scary everywhere but here is", and it was referred to as "Person loses leg after being mauled by bear" Source: I made it up As a wild guess, I'm sure I've seen some of Steve Irwins family wear those kind of shoes, and those feet look young-ish, so maybe it's from something with Bindi or Robert? |

It's not the Irwins, but thanks for the idea to vary my search terms a bit more. After trying a lot of different ones, I eventually found it using "national geographic wildlife koala shoe" It was at Nat Geo Wild segment on the Koala Hospital: https://youtu.be/nyAwTuHYgDs?t=125 |
