You can make your life significantly better just by being nicer to yourself. You impose high standards on yourself, and when you make a mistake - as we all do - you can be very hard on yourself. You don't have to lower your standards, dear Sagittarius, but you do have to acknowledge that you are only human and that mistakes and lapses of judgment can be wonderful learning experiences. You should also be more tuned in to your well-being and happiness. If you focus on these things, a current issue causing criticism and concern won't seem like much of a problem.
