No, it's just desynchronized. It's probably supposed to be:

YOUR ORDER

im not sure these things can get desynced that way. im pretty sure most of these signage setups are a multimonitor configuration hooked up to an SBC behind the scenes but maybe they do something more weird and exotic.

My guess would be something like:

Thank [you for] your [patience / order]. [Please] approach [the counter and line] up [to receive?] your [order] once [your number] is called.

Not sure where the missing words are supposed to fit in spatially, though.

Ah right, the message makes sense but I'm also confused about the placements like you 😄
