Most 3rd degree autism people REALLY need someone to take care of them, right? |

I would guess that depends on the functionality of the person in question. Autists can be on several levels of functionality. An autist can be incredibly useful depending on their interests, or not if just simply not interested in advancing something they're not into. You can't really lump all autists into a single group. That's why it's called a spectrum, but also, you have to understand that interests have to be included. You can't just give a job to an autist and expect them to over perform. They have to want to do it. They have to enjoy it and get something from it. |
