Bloomington might donate $7M site for hotel

I guess the hotelier has decided they can't afford it anymore? So the city will hand over to them that valuable real estate and ditch some design elements, a skywalk to the convention center and underground parking, that were lousy ideas and never should have been in there in the first place. The rooftop bar would have been nice though!
