This is the second installment of observations for what I'm calling the "normie meltdown". In the last edition, we tackled feminists, this week we'll be respond to the 'shitlibs'.

What I've been noticing with the so-called 'shitlibs' this past week is a kind of Stockholm syndrome to Trump's foreign policy. Not to imply that the 'shitlibs' are going full MAGA, but there seems to be a mad search by 'shitlibs' for justifications for the wars that have been erupting around the world.

The worst seems to be the Israeli/US-Israeli "liberals" that claim they are on the same side as the Iranians, as they bomb their schools and decapitate their government. I had always thought liberals were often people who are just too "normal" to be radicalized to the left but I'm starting to see many using "emancipatory" rhetoric, similarly to neoconservatives in the early 2000's, as a way to justify US-led war.

Not to beat up on all liberals, but it seems to be mask off for many American liberals who can't imagine a world outside of their 9 to 5's and 401ks. When there's "no alternative" to fascism, do our friends and neighbors become fascists themselves?
