I think the major reason that Iran is allowing oil to china is because china buys 80% of iran's oil exports, iran needs money to fight war and keeping their trade running is the way to go. China always supports iran in such conflicts which is why it is considered more important "ally" than other countries. India has always taken a neutral stand in middle eastern matters so we dont get the pass. Plus, Iran's strategy is to impact oil trades between other middle east countries and rest of the world so panic sets in and US is forced to retreat. Strait of hormuz is their only negotiation tool. Kind of like india has indus water control to keep pak in check.

The thing, no Indian assets during this conflict have been harmed. Chabahar port, which Israel always claimed they would strike first in any conflict with Iran, is still safe. Do you really think USA will allow Chinese oil to pass through Starit of Hormuz?

Remember, Pm modi went to Israel hours before conflict, maybe he was told about it beforehand and was requested to remain neutral, he must've had asked for protection of Indian assets in order of that, it does not sound impossible.

About the two naval vessels of Iran, it did not happen in our territory then how does it matter to us?
