I was trying to figure this out. There’s a Katie Blair that won Miss Teen USA in 2006 but nothing connects her to Epstein/Maxwell. She would later say (2016), “I never had a bad experience”. Who is that girl in the picture? The closest I could get was Melissa Lingafelt who was the runner up to Katie Blair in 2006. She would later accuse Drake Bell of sexual assault. I don’t get this meme. Can someone explain? |

Ok, that’s what I thought but the exact year OP picked, directly contradicts the claim. I guess I got hyper-fixated on the Miss Teen USA winner saying she never had any issues. |
