Recently acquired this copy of dream weapon. One of my favourite albums of all time.

I discovered genghis tron on a cover cd of a metal magazine in the uk, circa 2007(?). Their track "white walls" blew me away. Synthy grind metal. I'd never heard anything like it. I bought the album "Dead mountain mouth". Loved it. Saw them live in Bournemouth circa 2010. Then came the album "Board up the house". Brutal.

Then band evolved. Into this. "Dream Weapon". Different. Less heavy. But oh so good.

This colour, i believe, is a pressing of 100.

cybergrind ftw

this album intimidated me for a bit because i heard it was different from genghis tron's other stuff but i should really give it a listen

Its not the same, but it's brilliant in a different way.

Give it time.

Sweet baby Jezus that’s a beautiful variant! Never heard of this band before so I’ll give it a listen 🔥

Its easily the prettiest in my collection!

I'd say try this album first and go backwards. I dunno if you like grind / screaming?

I’ve been known to like a little screaming here and there 😁

That is an absolutely gorgeous turntable, too.

Thank you! I love it. Spin vinyl anywhere i fancy:)
