 Looks fantastic. I do this too. After I found out that it's just a little cream in the gravy I have it on rotation. |

Some baked catfish with basmati and some brussel sprouts cooked in dick fat and finished with a little honey and sherry. Love them, they're not available year round so we eat lots in the winter.
