For those wondering why: if we join the ICC, whoever takes over in 2028 (and in the future), can coordinate with the ICC and bring up a case that BBM's admin did from the date we started being a member again.

Duterte is a dummy because he thought withdrawing meant ICC has no jurisdiction anymore except they do over that span when we were still a member. Eh halos lahat ng Tokhang stuff happened in his first two years, lmao.
