Bad news, they've already narrowed it down to these four:

Colorado Connector, or CoCo for short
Colorado Ranger, a play on words since the train runs along the Front Range
Front Range Express Destinations, or FRED for short
RangeLink

CoCo is a solid choice for the inevitable Conan O'Brien remote alone. Also something about skiing slopes and having ideas so good that your nose starts bleeding. Ranger for a thing that travels across a range is a play on words the same way a bowl of water is a bowl of soup.

FRED is probably my favorite here since it's specific, descriptive, and memorable. Maybe Conan would still do the remote and re-brand it for a day too. RangeLink sounds like a wireless network repeater.

I like Coco and Fred.

Utah already has FrontRunner, but that would have been a good one.
