I've just put an order in for some new bands for my fit watch, as the silicone bands tend to irritate my wrist fairly quickly. I stopped wearing the last watch because of that issue, it didn't have a replaceable band.

There are lots of different band types available now, plus protective covers for the watch itself and various bits of bling you can clip on too. I've ordered a few different types , so will be able to do dark and boring to match my work uniform or bright and colourful when I feel like being a bit more fun.

Tops mostly, but they are too mini for there to be anything left if I abbreviate them.

Can you scrape the meat out and re-do the pastry?

Never eaten any so can't help. Suspect the marinade, and the use of spare bits of chook leftover from separating out the good bits to be sold separately.

I've had a few cheapo watches and it's the strap that breaks for me. Latest one I got one with a metal ๐Ÿค˜ strap and it's held strong. Not a great watch though, it can't tell my 3am doomscrolling from sleep. It's smaller too which I like, many seem jumbo sized feeling like a brick on my wrist.

So there are renos on one side of me and the new place going on the other. Tradies on both sides have their radios on the same station. I can't do 180 degrees of backstreet boys I want it that way at 8am.

Backstreet's back, alright!

The standard watches definitely feel too big these days. I got a Samsung Fit3 which is smaller. It's fairly limited in what it does but covers everything I need it to do.

Why do chicken skewers from supermarkets taste weird? And the texture is also weird. Is it the stick?

Hospitalised myself with supermarket chicken skewers once upon a time, so this comment made me freak out for you a bit ๐Ÿ˜†

Iโ€™m waiting in line at this new viral sandwich place near where Iโ€™m working from today. The line was shorter than the vids Iโ€™ve seen of giant lines at this place, but it is moving kinda slow. Iโ€™ve commited now, gotta see it through. I usually refuse to wait in lines for food places and will choose the quicker option, Iโ€™ve remembered why today. Better be worth it.

Hard not to feel that the universe has spoken under those circumstances. Here's some replacement luck ๐Ÿ€๐Ÿ€๐Ÿ€๐Ÿ€๐Ÿ€๐Ÿ€๐Ÿ€ I reckon 7 should be enough, but there is more available if you would like them.

Thankyou!

Alrighty. Got home around 10ish. The crew were waiting for me which was kind of funny. So it was just a one off thing with my heart. It went out of rhythm and got up to 180bpm for about 2 hours then everything went back to normal. Blood test showed nothing wrong. ECG showed nothing inherently wrong. Just lucky I guess lol

Jesus ๐Ÿ˜ฎ Glad you're feeling better now!

Still lucky it's not next week I reckon.

The last holdout servos finally went above $2/l today. I topped up at $1.49 last week. Is this even real?

I am a little tipsy but stuff it. I am ordering one more wine and a packet of salt and vinegar chips for dinner. I have just slipped into relaxed for the first time this week and I am going with it (that's ok right?)

All moaning aside, Iโ€™ve had a pint of Guinness (in increments, because Siobhan gives me a funny look if I go a whole oneโ€ฆIโ€™m little! She has concerns!) and procured Mongolian beef noodles and spring rolls.

My weekend is starting as Iโ€™d like it to

I'm hoping the antihistamines do their job for the penicillin reaction I'm still going through otherwise I'm unlikely to make it. :`(
