Are we all screwed without USA?

And now being able to pay more than 5% for our defence?
And unability to compete with Chinese & US tech sector

Like are all these just for propoganda or should i consider some other way to think about this situation?

Regarding the topic at hand: We've been in decline for centuries, so we're used to it. US, on the other hand, will probably get its' first taste of decline if they don't promptly remove the kleptocrats from power.
