I've used therapist in the past, and honestly... they all sucked because theya re so rigid and corporate. I wanted someone whom I could trust, not to feel like I'm speaking to a Walmart CEO.. I'd much prefer the occasional text from them to reaffirm, or ya know... treat me like they care on a personal level much like the text did. it would make me smile, and reaffirm their goal of getting me to think before buying.
