I'm fairly certain the main reason people don't want to enter the wrong bathroom is out of consideration for the people inside, sparing them discomfort. Spinning this as some sort of gender fragility thing is really weird.

This seems to be individual toilets though, not entrances to men's/lady's rooms. Which prompts the question of why having individual toilets gender separated to begin with.
