Here is the thing, The only way to expand into annexed territories is to populate them. Israel's population growth is fueled by orthodox jews, who are (or were, I'm not sure if they are conscripted now) exempt from military service. When these areas are filled with non combative jews, they will be reclaimed by it's former occupants, and Israel will likely implode, probably nuking somewhere in the process.

Judaism has something ingrained, which makes them be in permanent clash with others: it's not it's religion which is superior to others, but jews themselves, as they are the chosen people, which implicitly gives them rights over everyone else.

Most religions start out good, until corrupted by clerics, but judaism is an ethnoreligion, which looks inward, while most religions are expansive and actively proselytize to gain converts, irrespective of origin. This ingrained sense of superiority, and god given rights to land will ALWAYS cause conflict with gentiles.
