I also saw another one called RibbonLinks, but it didn't really strike me as a Pinterest alternative

Are there any of these many alternatives you like more? Or that you feel like serve specific use cases?

I've used Pinry for years and love it. Unfortunately, it's no longer maintained. Last update 2+ years ago. I'm looking for a self-hosted alternative.
