Nope. Judicial doesn't do enforcement. I suppose they'll just have to wait for Trump to arrest himself. |

The tariffs are so unpopular, Trump would really be better off just taking the win and shrugging. "The liberal activist courts forced me to give up on the one hope we had, now anything goes wrong, it's their fault!" |

The tariffs are so unpopular, Trump would really be better off just taking the win and shrugging. "The liberal activist courts forced me to give up on the one hope we had, now anything goes wrong, it's their fault!"
Trump only knows to make the least moral decision in any given scenario, so I wouldn't get my hopes up |

Judges can appoint special marsalls, it doesn't have to go through DoJ. |
