China & India realized this before anyone else. Next up: Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Ghana, Nigeria, and Bolivia.

Oh & of course Vietnam is one of the most active partners. Outside of building land reactors, Russia will expedite nuclearization of world energy with reactor-barges that hook up to the grid from the dock.
