The Vestas bid is also credible. Both together, probably not. Supply chains are fragile and to have two sites is unlikely to be sustainable over the next 30 years. So HMG chose a Danish company with a proven track record and deep market penetration already, over a Chinese nationalised company. Scotland wins either way here
