Bug Report

Describe the issue:
I'm getting silly amounts of duplicates on the user switcher. I used to have one of each account, then at some point they duplicated and I had two of each (maybe only in the right-hand menu). Now in both switchers I have four or five of each account!

Steps to reproduce:

1. Tap the three dots on the profile pic in the lefthand menu bar, or the three dots menu in the top right and then on switch user.
2. Observe the duplicates
