I created the shavian community yesterday to allow users to practice writing with the Shavian alphabet. This means that content is written in English with a non-Latin alphabet. Even though I haven't told anyone about the community yet, there has been some traffic: I think my posts so far are being served in a feed somewhere. This is not desirable: a general user would not want to see post titles with unrecognisable characters in their feed. Is there a way to hide a community from feeds? I found this post about hiding a community, but I don't know if this is possible on lemmy.world. |
