My current employer is getting absolutely stomped into the ground by their labor choices. They are trying to hire electricians, automation support (rockwell software and plc type shit), hvac techs and other various facilities related support for.... 41k-60k a year with a *5% performance bonus. Lots of candidates they tell me (I'm a long term contractor) but the people never actually appear.

Up to 5% (no lol)
