Shake everything with ice.
Remove the ice, and shake one more time.
Serve, and garnish with nutmeg.

Nice winter feeling with the orgeat, foam, and nutmeg :) I do like orange blossom water, but it can easily be overpowering, so proceed with caution!

Gave this a shot. I should try it again with egg whites, as the aquafaba gave it an odd aftertaste.
