Employees must remember that social media posts reflect on their workplace

Yeah, no. Absolutely no one saw people dancing and thought "Chick-fil-A endorses this behavior." Them getting fired over it reflects way worse on the company than their dance.

Too bad I can't boycott CFA any harder.
