Painted nails are actually kind of cute.

Recently, I've been looking at a lot of painted nails on Pinterest, for some reason -- peach nails, other fruits, themed otherwise -- and they really are very cute. It does seem like the sort of thing that would be a pain in the ass to maintain, so I'm not really that interested in painting my own nails, per se, but I recognise the value.

Also, I kept reading Blindness, and it did get better. Thankfully. I will say, though, it's definitely a little off-putting. I'll keep reading, but it's starting to get to a certain level of emotional depth that I'm finding a little scary, even.

I wore my black pants again...
