From what I've read, the oligarchs NEED him to remain in power: therefore .. I don't bet 2-cents on his being removed. Too much entrenched special-interest-groups working combined-arms style, to prevent any upset to their regime: a stacked-odds "game", aka a tilted-playing-field. Same as in the US, with the no-mail-in-ballots, the no-women-who-have-different-last-name-from-their-birth-certificate votes, systematic de-listing of democrat-party voters, etc.. the rigging's fighting for its dominion, and institutions, including informal ones, are real forces in the world. _ /\ _ |
