Survive in a post-apocalyptic world?
I don't even worry: my estimated survival expectancy without regular access to some not easy to find medications is about 2 years, say my doctors. It's simple math: for me, it's not worth worrying much if civilization was to collapse.

Or is it something else you have in mind?

For example, I moved back to analog also for self-sufficiency: I fully own the analog objects and tools I purchased, no subscription, no online access/account to use them. And that includes reading print books and newspapers/magazines. There is also no tracking going on using analog ;)
