Make the UNDERSTANDING be universe-centered.

Make the acting be state-centered ( simply because you can't act outside that, without boundary-violating others, can you? .. oh, indirect-action, fine, but you can't just arbitrarily build schools, hospitals, roads, or police-stations in other-states, you see. )

Cultures are 1-step-removed from nature/objectivity.

We have to do cross-training, in order to have experience induced understanding of other-categories of human-meaning, human-experiencing, etc.

It has to be prevented at the systems level: NO DarkTriad person is allowed to be eligible for civil authority.
