Lemmyvision 3 has been announced and @Deceptichum@quokk.au has suggested we enter the contest. So let's do exactly that. This will be Quokk.au's first time entering, and I'd love everyone to have a say in what we put forward.

Submissions end on the 3/5 (or 5/3 for any Americans) - so to make sure we get in on time, I will cut our voting off on 2/5 (5/2).

Hmm... I've seen the post and thought it sounded fun, though I'm not really too familiar with Australian music scene.

But now that I think of it, Courtney Barnett would work. Having discovered her through my love of Indonesian instant noodles, I abosultely love Pedestrian at Best. Which is not really eligible, being over a decade old, but apparently she had a new album come out just last month.

So I'll give it a listen to see if there's a song worthy of nomination and get back to you on that.

@Quokka@quokk.au forgot to mention it in the post, but one of the rules is "Songs must have been released after January 1st, 2025." but it is a good song!

Oh, I forgot to update my post. I'm been going from hangover to hangover lately...

I wanted to give her new album a listen to see which songs sticks out to me and it's One Thing At A Time. It's not quite as much of a banger as the older stuff that made me fall in love with her music, but still pretty great.

Hope all is well and those just are fun party life hangovers.
