The old lemmynsfw had an AskNSFW style comm, where people could/would just sound off with sexytime related questions, sometimes looking for clarity/information on some things, sometimes moreso just polling other people to learn their experiences or preferences or opinions or things like that.

I realize that such a comm would probably require a bit more involved and active moderation than the other uh, media based comms, but I do miss the conversations.

Would other people desire that a comm like this be remade?

Would the admin(s)/mod(s) of fedinsfw be uh, dtf with a comm like that?

Because that is what i am seeing through my lemmy client, every post is just the OP post, only has one upvote, no subsequent comments.

I am... assuming that can't be correct, which to me would imply that either my lemmy client is busted, or, some kind of lemmy<->piefed integration failure is going on?

No problem haha, sometimes piefed communities don't show up in lemmy search unless you put the exact name, it might have not been federated to your instance
