Methane's consequences are approximately 140x as strong as CO2, at the 11.8-year average-lifespan for the stuff.

So, about 6ppm of methane is equivalent to about 1000ppm of CO2.

This is the most head-in-the-sand anti-trategy possible.

That scientist who published that methane has to be ceased, that leakage of the stuff is simply too destructive, he was right.

Which, of course, is why he got attacked from all sides..
