Officials with the U.S. National Transportation Safety Board are providing an update Tuesday after Sunday night's deadly collision between an Air Canada Express plane and an emergency vehicle at New York's LaGuardia airport.

The NTSB chair said she would caution against "pointing fingers" at air traffic controllers, who work in "a heavy workload environment" day in and day out.

I'd point a finger at whoever thinks having a heavy workload environment day in and day out is acceptable.
