Physically by another person not in a martial art or professional sport setting. When was the last time you were picked up, swept off your feet or otherwise carried by someone? I saw somewhere that unbeknownst to any of us, growing and getting bigger - an adult set us down for the last time. How does it make you feel to be moved by someone else in a non-aggressive, maybe even caring way?

My friend is a giant spaniel of a man, as in he's 200% enthusiastic about everything but never really knows what's going on.
And he's a hugger. So most times when he sees me and it's been a while he'll give me a massive hug, pick me up and spin me around.
I'm a 80kg man. I usually makes me feel awkward because everyone else at the gathering will just do the usual handshake/arm around the shoulder.
